If the title is a bit long, you get some nasty scroll bars. Could you make the frame bigger, and/or just wrap some of the display if the song info is too big?

This was done to ensure that the interface stays in proportion with the artwork, but I'll see what I can do.

Is there any reason that the width of the display needs to stay constant? I'd rather have scroll bars on the browser window than stuck in the middle of the otherwise nice, clean interface (nice job, BTW).
You trying to stick to 600x800 resolution or something?

It was easier this way. :P There's a lot of code (JavaScript as well as CSS) that would go with a good-looking, proportional interface. Plus, anything where the artwork is larger than 600x600 would be impossible, since that's the top size of iTunes art. I'll probably pretty up the web interface closer to release, but it's not a huge priority right now.

Oh, sorry. I just meant that maybe you were shooting for the least common denominator for screen size (seems to be some rule of thumb for some website designers). Wasn't implying that the artwork should be any bigger; I think it is a good size now. Just meant that the black 'info area' could always be wider, and the text could just have more room to grow, if needed.
...Although, now that I mention it, if you added any options to set artwork size/font size/color, that could pretty much cover my previous desire for a full-screen view.
Sorry to mix topics ;-)

Ha ha, interesting theory... I'll have to think about that more.
