Party Shuffle Enhancements

A few enhancements should be made to the Party Shuffle behavior:
1) If Party Shuffle is currently being displayed when an add/queue command is sent, it should be reloaded.
2) If the song is bumped up in the list from Party Shuffle, its other instances should be removed from the Party Shuffle list.

1 done for beta 3. :) 2 is going to be hard to do, and not essential, so I might leave that for a later version.

Item 2 slated for v2.1, or later: way harder than I thought. :P
